The Plan
This one’s going to be a bit different from the usual stag do, less of a standard city-centre blowout and more of a proper weekend away, with a good mix of drinking, laughs and a bit of adventure thrown in. We’ll be kicking off the weekend on Friday evening with drinks, snacks, music and an outdoor fire at Ben’s Bunkhouse. Saturday brings paddleboarding, then curry and drinks in Llanberis by night, with the option to turn it into a bigger night out if the group fancies it.
Sunday: breakfast in Llanberis, then up Snowdon on foot for the brave, or by train for anyone whose hangover dictates otherwise. It should be a great laugh, something a bit different, and hopefully one of those weekends we’ll still be talking about for years afterwards.

I'm thinking we amble up the Llanberis path. Let me know your opinion on the routes. For the truly adventurous Crib Goch is scary - I have been up & this video doesn't do it justice.
We’ll be staying at Ben’s Bunkhouse , a proper Snowdonia bunkhouse with everything we need for the weekend — a well-equipped kitchen, lounge with log burner, hot showers, Wi-Fi, outdoor seating and BBQ area. They provide mattresses, covers and pillows, but you’ll need to bring your own sleeping bag or blanket.
All kit is provided, but you will need some old trainers you don't mind getting wet. The lake is 3km long, 500m wide & 30m deep! It's pretty easy to get about on the boards even if you've not done it before.
